A new Ordering experience

Orderbotz is leading provider of Voice Portals to the restaurant industry – allowing you to order from your favorite restaurant by voice. The Voice Portal gives you a better ordering experience by combining the best of phone-in and online ordering.

Order take-out and delivery from your favorite restaurants in unstructured, natural speech just by speaking to your favorite devices – such as Alexa, Siri, Google Home or Microsoft Cortana. It’s new, convenient and easy to use – and your order will always be accurate and complete.

Once you register with Orderbotz, you’ll be able to use your account to order from all your favorite restaurants. Just look in your favorite app store for the name of the restaurant you want to order from. The download their free app and link it to your Orderbotz account. Then start ordering by voice!

Set Up and Registration

Fulfillment of your order requires us to know your name, email, phone number, delivery address and credit card information. 

Once you’ve completed registering with us, you need to link this account with the Orderbotz skill (i.e. app) on your device.

Customer Satisfaction Policy

We value your repeat business, so we aim to make each orderbotz experience a good one.

If your order doesn’t get delivered (provide that you have provided us with your correct delivery address and someone is physically present at the address to accept delivery), we will issue you with a full refund.

If your delivered food is materially different from what you ordered, we will provide you with a full refund.

If your order arrives late, or there are minor discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, we will consider making a billing adjustment on a case by case basis.

Fulfillment of your Order

Your order, along with detailed pricing, is sent to you for your review, change and/or approval. Once you approve your order (which requires that you say the order code which we provide to you) approved, your order is immediately posted to the restaurant’s order entry system.

Your order is placed with the restaurant of your choice under your name – and they prepare and deliver it just as they normally would. Any issues or problems with your order or delivery should be directed to the restaurant you ordered from.

Service Charges

Orderbotz charges $1.75 processing fee per order (separately billed to your credit card) – but also automatically finds and uses the best coupon codes – so you often wind up saving money along with the convenience of voice ordering.

You need to set up an orderbotz account by supplying basic information, including your credit card. We do pass your name and delivery information to the restaurants you choose, but not your credit card information. You pay the restaurant directly for your order, just as you normally would.

Credit Card Charges

Once we post your order to the restaurant’s order entry system, your credit card is charged $1.75 under the name “orderbotz”

Transaction Currency

Our transaction currency is US dollars.
